Instructions

Measure your sizes wearing only underwear. This prevents the measurements from being incorrectly larger. Gently put the measuring tape around your body while keeping the tape horizontally.

For your chest and hip size: place the measuring tape around the widest part. For your waist, place the measuring tape just above the belly button around the narrowest spot. 

If your hips are wider than your chest or vice versa, choose the size that corresponds to the widest of the two.
