Refund policy
At EuroCycling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges and store credit for items that don't fit or arrive damaged/faulty.
Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return must:
- Be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Be unused and in original condition with original packaging
- Have all tags attached
- Be full-price items only (sale and discontinued items cannot be returned)
- Include proof of purchase
Valid reasons for returns:
- Size/fit issues - Item doesn't fit as expected
- Defective/damaged items - Item arrived faulty or damaged
- Performance issues - Item doesn't perform as advertised
We cannot accept returns if:
- You've simply changed your mind
- Item has been used or damaged through normal wear
- Tags have been removed
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
Refund Options
We offer two refund options:
- Exchange for same-value item
- Store credit for future purchases
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Helmets and protective gear (unless defective)
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary products
Return Process
- Email us at sales@eurocycling.co.nz with your order details
- Mail your item to: 10 Kipling Avenue, Epsom, Auckland 1023
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
- We'll inspect your return and email you within 2-3 business days
- Approved returns will receive store credit or exchange as requested
Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Recommended: Use trackable shipping for items over $75
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Delivery time: Varies by location for exchanges
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit with proof of purchase. Gift certificates will be issued for the return value.
Consumer Rights
This policy operates alongside your rights under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. These acts provide additional protection for faulty or misrepresented goods.
