DIRECTIONS:
Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
RECOMMENDED USE:
500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.

How Much and When
When exercise lasts longer than 60 minutes, a sports drink should be considered to replace lost fluid and electrolytes. Begin any exercise session well hydrated to limit dehydration and associated fatigue.
Specific fluid recommendations can vary from approximately 500ml to upwards of 1000ml per hour depending on the intensity and length of your training. The amount of fluid you require can also change depending on the weather, if it's hot, you'll need to drink more.
You can train your body to accept more fluids, so use your training sessions to practice drinking higher quantities in case its warmer on race day.
